KUCHING: Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri James Masing did not breach the privileges of the Sarawak Legislative Assembly with regard to the proposed second trunk road project, says Speaker Datuk Amar Mohamad Asfia Awang Nassar.
Asfia said he received an application for leave and notice dated Aug 24 from Batu Lintang assemblyman See Chee How seeking to refer Masing to the committee of privileges for giving different versions of the second trunk road project.
