KOTA KINABALU: A father of two who attempted to rape a University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) student in July will have his case re-mentioned at the Sessions court here on Sept 26.
Arshad Masdin (pic), 28, a former security guard at UMS, was accused of attempting to rape the 18-year-old girl at a hostel at about 12.30pm on July 15.
