PETALING JAYA: Ten categories of statelessness have been identified as causing citizenship issues to more than 300,000 individuals, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department P. Waytha Moorthy.
Among the problems are a lack of documents, poverty, birth at home, unregistered marriage and abandoned children.
