PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will study reports lodged with it over the “missing” Goods and Services Tax (GST) refunds to determine if there are grounds for an investigation.
MACC deputy chief commissioner Datuk Seri Azam Baki, who is in charge of operations, cautioned that his officers could only probe if the case was within its jurisdiction.
