SEREMBAN: Those who wish to own any of the special "Malaysia 1" to "Malaysia 10" vehicle registration number will have to make a minimum bid of RM10,000.
Those who wish to have special numbers such as from 11 to 19, double 2 to 9, triple 1 to 9 and quadruple 1 to 9 will have to pay a minimum of RM2,000.
