Society must combat graft too, says group

KUALA LUMPUR: The government’s pledge to protect whistle-blowers who report on corruption is a good sign but all segments of society must play their part as well, says Datuk Akhbar Satar.

The Transparency International Malaysia president said that strong and sincere political will was needed to combat corruption effectively, alongside firm support from the public.
