KUALA LUMPUR: Former Selangor PAS commissioner Datuk Dr Hassan Mohamed Ali has been instructed to pay RM200,000 in damages to Shah Alam MP Khalid Abdul Samad in a suit filed against him for implying that Khalid is a leader who had betrayed Islam.
High Court Judicial Commissioner Rohani Ismail also directed Hassan to pay a cost of RM25,000.
