KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court has acquitted and discharged Sungai Buloh MP R. Sivarasa (pic) of two charges of creating and uploading a fake Time magazine cover of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's to his Facebook page.
Judge Zaman Mohd Noor acquitted and discharged Sivarasa after the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission's (MCMC) deputy public prosecutor Mohd Sophian Zakaria told the court that they had withdrawn the two charges against Sivarasa on Thursday (June 28).
