KUALA LUMPUR: An enforcement officer from the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi) testified that she had to do a Google search on what offence she could arrest lawyer and activist Siti Kasim for during a raid at a transgender beauty pageant two years ago.
Siti Nor Jihan Saleh @ Md Ghazali said she did a Google search on which section of the Federal Territories Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997 she could arrest Siti Kasim and the organiser of the event under.
