Chow officially sworn in as Penang CM


GEORGE TOWN: Penang DAP chairman Chow Kon Yeow has been sworn in as the state's fifth Chief Minister.

Chow, 60, was sworn in before Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas at 11.10am Monday (May 14).
