Nothing awkward about working with Dr M, says Anwar

PETALING JAYA: PKR leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim does not know why the Umno leadership thinks his cooperation with Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is an awkward one.

In a statement yesterday, Anwar said he had already explained his acceptance of Dr Mahathir’s readiness to establish a friendship with him in the spirit of brotherhood.
