PETALING JAYA: The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) does not support the Anti-Fake News Bill, saying that in its present form it could be used to exert government control over the media.
Its chairman Tan Sri Razali Ismail (pic) said that the implications of the proposed law can be enormous and can inspire an authoritarian form of government.
