KUALA LANGAT: The magistrate's court here has turned down a request for psychiatric observation made by the lawyer of the deaf-mute man accused of murdering an elderly couple and two of their grandchildren.
Magistrate Mohd Isa Md Nor said that 38-year-old Kang Chang Heng appeared to be of sound mind throughout the proceedings in court.
