Cops bust drug syndicate that hid Ecstacy pills in drink sachets

KUALA LUMPUR: Police crippled a drug syndicate after seizing various drugs worth RM1.7mil, including Ecstacy pills that were hidden in drink sachets.

Federal Narcotic Crime Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Seri Mohmad Salleh said that police also arrested three suspects believed to be involved in the syndicate during separate raids in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur on Dec 27.
