KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has withdrawn a summons for Datuk Peter Anthony to report to its headquarters in Putrajaya, his lawyer says.
Lawyer Martin Tommy said he had been informed that the summons for Parti Warisan Sabah vice-president Anthony to appear in Putrajaya to give a statement was cancelled until further notice.
