KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak (pic) has proposed an allocation of RM280.25bil for Budget 2018.

Najib, who is also Finance Minister, arrived at the Parliament building at 3.10pm, before making his way to the Dewan Rakyat and starting his speech at 3.35pm.
