KUALA LUMPUR: The tail effects of Typhoon Doksuri, which hit Vietnam yesterday, caused the weather havoc across Penang.
According to a meteorological department official, continuous thunderstorms are expected in Penang at least until tomorrow afternoon, although Doksuri had made landfall.
