ALOR SETAR: The Kedah Health Department has confirmed that a man who used the name "Dr Ridzuan" at the Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital is a fake doctor.
In a statement on Friday, its director Datuk Dr Norhizan Ismail said the 22-year-old man was detained at the waiting area of the Specialist Clinic at the hospital.
