PUTRAJAYA: The contractor for the controversial Bera Hospital project was deemed qualified when awarded the RM88mil project in 2011, said the Finance Ministry.
Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Irwan Serigar Abdullah said the decision to award the project to the contractor was a collective decision made by the ministry’s procurement committee.
