Three deny kidnapping Bangladeshi student


PETALING JAYA: Three men, including a Master’s degree student, were charged in a magistrate’s court with kidnapping a student who also went to the same private college.

Palestinian Al Geshi Waleed, 25, Pakistani Butt Muhammed Azeem, 25, and self-employed Malaysian R. Hariskumar, 26, pleaded not guilty after the charges were read out before magistrate Zaki Asyraf Zubir.

They were accused of kidnapping Bangladeshi S.K. Md Amit, 26, with intention to wrongfully confine him at the lobby of Casa Residensi, Kota Damansara, near here, at 3am on July 19.
