PETALING JAYA: Lim Guan Eng has chided Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan for suggesting that the Penang government cancel the water restructuring deal with the Federal Government if "it wants to take credit for debt reduction."
He said Penang's debt reduction and zero debt payment arrears could not be emulated by the Federal Government whose debt has increased from RM501.6bil in 2012 to RM648.47bil last year.
