GEORGE TOWN: The Penang government has provided a detailed explanation each time the issue of consultancy fees for three proposed roads was raised since last year, said state Works, Transportation and Utilities Committee chairman Lim Hock Seng.
Lim said reports were also made to the MACC and investigations had been carried out.
