SHAH ALAM: PKR members converged at the Dewan Raja Muda Musa here on Sunday for the party's 12th national congress.
In her keynote speech at the event, PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail spoke of the struggles of the party, the successes of the Opposition-led states of Selangor and Penang, and honoured the late land activist Bill Kayong.
