Court sets June 6 for case management of SIB bid to cross-examine Home Ministry official

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed next month for case management of an application by Sidang Injil Borneo (SIB) to cross-examine the Home Ministry official involved in the ministry's decision to ban the church's publication.

Speaking to reporters after meeting High Court judge Justice Kamaludin Md Said in chambers, Senior Federal Counsel Shamsul Bolhassan, who acted for the Home Ministry and the Government, said the plaintiff has sought documents pertaining to the prohibition of the usage of the word "Allah".
