Crediting unsung heroes with a book

KUALA LUMPUR: The heroic acts of the little known F-Team have been documented in a coffee table book.

Titled Pasukan F: Hanya yang Berani (F-Team: Only the Brave), the book described in detail the harrowing operations of an elite secret squad in fighting the threats from the Communist Party of Malaya (CPM).

Their sacrifices were finally publicised after the Government declassified the files last year, said retired Senior Asst Comm Datuk Leong Chee Woh, who is the founder of F-Team, the moniker for the Special Branch Department’s E3F.
