MACC may visit Guinea as it widens probe

PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian anti-graft body may send its officers to Guinea as it deepens investigations into suspicion of corrupt practices and power abuse involving Datuk Hamdan Mohd Hassan.

Hamdan, 58, is the acting chief executive officer and deputy mana­ging director of Iris Corporation Bhd, a MSC-status company and listed on Bursa Malaysia. He was detained on Thursday.
