Liow: TAR UC seeks university status

KUALA LUMPUR: Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) in Setapak here may become a full-fledged university by 2018.  

MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said that the 48-year-old institution will file its papers to request for university status by June, and expects to be upgraded next year.
