GEORGE TOWN: Conservationists are baffled by the hot-and-cold treatment by the state government over a visit to the Sia Boey (old Prangin market) project.
They were taken around the Sia Boey archaeological site on Saturday but later learned that their visit had angered Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
