PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has ruled that Seputeh MP Teresa Kok Suh Sim was wrongfully arrested under the Internal Security Act (ISA) in 2008.
Panel chairman Justice Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim allowed her suit against former Home Minister Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar and granted RM350,000 in damages over wrongful arrest and detention.
