PETALING JAYA: The Ministry of Health (MOH) clarified that marriage certificates registered under the Sabah native courts are valid and can be used as an official marriage document at all government medical facilities, says Datuk Seri S. Subramaniam.
"The MOH is aware of marriage certificates registered under the Sabah native courts which were unable to be used when seeking medical treatment at government hospitals," the Health Minister said in a statement on Wednesday.
