PETALING JAYA: There needs to be a clear understanding of what constitutes bullying behaviour, says an expert on behavioural sciences.

Dr Goh Chee Leong, HELP Uni­versity vice-president and Faculty of Behavioural Sciences dean, noted that bullying is not just physical.
