MALACCA: Undaunted by its small size, Malacca is setting its sights on becoming a metropolis in five years.
“Everything looks positive for us to be the second largest city (after Kuala Lumpur) with the commitment from the Guangdong province government of China,” said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron, referring to investments from the Chinese city.
