A man of action – and few harsh words

IN the 21 years that Datuk Shahlan Ismail has worked for his boss, never once has Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak raised his voice, be it to his staff or other people.

“He hardly gets angry or upset but if he does, you will know. It’s not in his words but his face and ears will turn red and he will go quiet.
