PARIT: An army commando has been charged for possessing a t-shirt with the Islamic State (IS) design at his home in Lambor Kiri, Perak Tengah.
Mohd Abu Haliff Shah Abu Bakar, 28, was charged under Section 130JB(1)(a) of the Penal Code at the Magistrate Court here on Tuesday.
