KUALA LUMPUR: The Health Ministry is mulling the idea of introducing excise duty for e-cigarettes and vapes to reduce the number of smokers in the country.
Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam, who met reporters at the parliament lobby said the ministry is studying the idea based on legislature.
