Giant twister causes a stir in Butterworth

GEORGE TOWN: A huge twister (pic) seen over Dermaga Dalam, Butterworth, on the Penang mainland had many onlookers swept off their feet by what they saw.

Believed to be a waterspout, the twirling dark column descending from the rainy sky appeared off the coast at about 4.15pm yesterday.
