KUALA LUMPUR: Budget 2016 is likely to have something for everyone, including the middle class, but expectations must be “realistic”.

One of the most challenging budgets to date for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, it is expected to spread the benefit across all segments of society and promote key sectors while at the same time be prudent in expenditure.
