MALACCA: The planned rally that is supposed to take place in Taman Melaka Raya here on Saturday is illegal, warn police.
State police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Chuah Ghee Lye said no notices or applications regarding the rally had been submitted to the police in accordance with the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012.
