KUALA LUMPUR: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) may still be looking for a way to regulate Uber services here rather than banning them outright, an official has implied.
"We need to find a way towards regulating Uber," SPAD chief executive Mohd Azharuddin Mat Sah told reporters here Tuesday.
