KOTA KINABALU: London-based activist Doris Jones is cancelling her plans to return to Malaysia despite the Immigration Department's offer of an Emergency Certificate (EC) to enter the country, in place of her passport that is about to expire.

Jones, who is wanted here for sedition, said she was suspicious of the offer and wondered if she would be arrested once on Malaysian soil.
