KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik (pic) has openly called for Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to step down as Prime Minister.

When the former MCA president was asked if he supported Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's calls for Najib to step down, he replied "Saya bersetuju (I agree)".

"I went to the Bersih demonstration in Perth. My aim is to call for a vote of no-confidence against Najib," he said after attending the Malaysia Festival of the Mind at Tunku Abdul Rahman Universiti College in Setapak.
