GEORGE TOWN: Car salesman Thor Wei Wynn had a leisurely breakfast of half-boiled eggs and buttered toast in a coffee shop near the Penang International Airport in Bayan Lepas.

Expecting another maddening morning crawl to Bayan Lepas, he left his house in Tanjung Bungah at 6.30am but found himself at his office compound in Jalan Sungai Tiram, Bayan Lepas by 7.10am!
