Annuar Musa: Melbourne property deal will not affect Mara aid

KUALA LUMPUR: The purchase of Dudley International House in Melbourne does not jeopardise the ability of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara) to help bumiputras in education.

Mara chairman Tan Sri Annuar Musa (pix) said the case involving its subsidiary company, Mara Incorporated Sdn Bhd, now being investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, did not affect the agency's ability to sponsor students to pursue their studies overseas.
