Illegal gun maker nabbed Cache found at man’s home workshop

Blazing find: SAC Goh (centre) showing the weapons that were seized from the suspects.

IPOH: It was a small village house in rural Kampung Tua in Semanggol, and the 52-year-old lived there with his wife and young child. They looked like the typical kampung family.

Secretly, though, he was busy making firearms at a workshop at the back of the house and selling his homemade air guns and short guns to people in the Kerian district for RM1,300 each.
