SHAH ALAM: The Federal Court has set Oct 15 to hear an application for leave by Gerakan which is challenging the Syariah Criminal Code II 1993 (Amendments 2015).
Its lead counsel Andy Yong Kim Seng said the Attorney-General’s bid to be an intervener in the application for leave would be heard on Sept 17.
