PETALING JAYA: A mastermind who has been issuing Sabah native certificates to unqualified locals and foreigners is now on the radar of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
Sources close to MACC said the man, a Sabahan, was actively issuing such certificates in several districts in the state.
