KOTA KINABALU: Captured fugitive Mat Malaya, who is wanted for the alleged shooting of a mechanic, has been remanded for a week by a magistrate’s court here.
The court, however, turned down a police application to further remand his 24-year-old wife who was arrested on Monday along with their two-month-old daughter while hiding out in a homestay at the foothills of Mount Kinabalu, about 95km from here.
