BUKIT MERTAJAM: Political allegiances are not a factor when the Barisan Nasional government gives out aid to the rakyat, says MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic).
"Aid will be given to those who are qualified. Allocation and aid should not be used as punishment for those who refuse to support us, or as a reward to the people for their support," said Dr Wee.
