KUALA LUMPUR: MP for Seputeh Teresa Kok has lost her civil claim against a former home minister and three others for wrongful detention and false imprisonment under the Internal Security Act (ISA).
High Court judge Justice Su Geok Yiam dismissed Kok’s suit and ordered her to pay RM50,000 in costs to the defendants.
