KUALA LUMPUR: MCA Youth chief Chong Sin Woon is concerned that students will not have the chance to appeal for the university courses that they want to enrol in if they were given the last few choices in their list that they were required to fill up.
He said the Education Ministry’s centralised university unit (UPU) application system for students to enter universities had changed again.
